This is our new puppy Echo:






She is a Sprocker (Springer Spaniel / Cocker Spaniel cross), and 8 weeks old tomorrow, we are picking her up on Sunday.

MiniMat has gone Vegetarian, and I need to feed him for 2 weeks over Christmas, including Christmas dinner.

I've been to the supermarket and have no idea what to feed him, vegetarians please help me!

I've totally come to terms with it now, and kind of looking forward to it.

The baby is large and breach, so arriving by c/section at 9am tomorrow!!

Will my daughters get the little brother they want?

I'm doing the race for life on 12th July....training has been slow...but need to increase my running over the next 12 days!

I had my hair hi-lighted in March...it grows very fast and I now have about an inch worth of root.....as I'm currently not working I cannot afford to maintain the hi-lights at the salon...which charge £80 for a full head.
